For each user, there are four permission levels that you can choose from:
1. View Invited Services Only - users with this permission level will only be able to view services that they've been invited to serve on.
2. View all Services and Songs - users with this permission level will be able to view all services and songs, but they will not be able to make any edits.
3. View & Edit all Services and Songs - users with this permission level can create and edit any services and songs, but cannot manage users and payments.
4. Administrator - users with this permission level have the highest levels of control and can manage services, songs, people, and payments. (Payments are handled via the Account page on the main WorshipTools website.)
Admins can set permission levels when adding a new user to the WorshipTools account. To edit permission levels for an existing user, go to the People page and select the user from the list. With the user's profile page open, click Edit in the top right to access the Permission Level dropdown menu as pictured below. Once you're done, click Save.
