Youtube error - Error message about being a bot

Can anyone advise how we get Presenter to acknowledge that we are signed into Youtube? We are signed in on our web browser but any imported youtube video within presenter is asking us to sign in yet not providing us the ability to do that. It claims it is checking we are not a bot.
I've checked all the account settings but can't find where to share Youtube credentials within Presenter. Any advice appreciated!
