Apologies if this is a silly question, but I am curious, can we save a presentation on a thumb drive as a media file, like mp3 or 4?
Thanks!

Thanks for the post! Because Worship Extreme saves your media, cue lists, lyrics, etc to the cloud, there is no need to use a thumb drive. When you login to Worship Extreme on another computer, your data will sync down and be available for display.

I put together the cue list, and edit/add songs during the week at home. The church computer is only powered up on Sundays, and internet is occasionally unavailable. So having a flashdrive backup to take Sunday mornings would be worthwhile. So, same question again: can the cue list be saved onto a flashdrive? The original reply did not answer the question, only stated "there is no need". Well, I have a need.
Thanks.

Hi David- There isn't a way to save presentations to a flash drive.

I have faced the same problem when the internet has been down (more than once). Last Bible Study I was unable to download Google Slides and video on WE cloud. Having a way to backup a presentation and make it portable would be a huge advantage.

If you select print but instead of choosing a printer, select save to a pdf. You can also save individual songs by deselecting the other song pages.
