Black background

For some unknown reason, the background of all the songs shows black on the output screen. It worked fine Sunday, and last night didn't work at all. I know it is a worship extreme problem, because when I switched to easyworship the
 
backgrounds worked fine.

I am having the same issue. Pictures will load, but video will not. 

Thanks for the notice.  This is a Windows 10 permissions issue that started popping up from a recent Windows Update.  It will be resolved in version 4.8.2 which will be released to everyone this week.  We do have an early adopter release available at [url=https://www.worshipextreme.com/docs/setup/early-adopter]https://www.worshipextreme.com/docs/setup/early-adopter[/url].
