Show slide numbers in the editor

Right now the editor doesn't display slide numbers — slides just run one after another with no numbering. This makes it hard to keep track of where you are, especially in longer songs or presentations.

The issue becomes really noticeable when duplicating slides. After a few duplicates it's difficult to orient yourself and tell which slide you're currently on or referring to, since there's no number to point to.
