I have volunteers who cannot get the prompt to show up to accept or decline a roll. The majority of volunteers can look ahead a few weeks on the matrix and can do this. A small few however click on there name and nothing happens.

Thanks for flagging this! It’s possible that the volunteers who aren’t seeing the prompt have different permission levels than those who can. Depending on how your system is set up, some users may only have viewing access, while others have full scheduling or response capabilities. I’d recommend checking the role settings or user permissions for those specific volunteers to make sure they’re allowed to interact with the matrix in the same way.
