Date display to follow PC regional settings

Could the display of dates be made to follow the regional settings of the computer being used for users outside of US? It's frustrating having to translate M/D/YY into D/M/YY when looking at the list of services or when media was imported etc. Thanks!

I' can't remember what settings I used when I installed Presenter, but I already have all the dates displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format.
