I would like to see the option to create multiple team-specific songbooks within WorshipTools Charts.
Currently, songs are stored in one shared library. This can become difficult to manage when a church has several worship teams, each with its own repertoire.
For example, a church might have a youth worship team, a Sunday worship team, and a smaller acoustic team. Each team has learned different songs and needs quick access to its own repertoire.
Proposed functionality
Multiple songbooks: Create separate songbooks for different worship teams.
Shared song library: Songs can be assigned to one or more songbooks without having to duplicate them.
Team-specific access: Each team can quickly browse and select songs from its own songbook.
Shared songs: Songs used by multiple teams can be included in several songbooks.
Integration with Planning: When preparing a service, the team can select songs from its own repertoire.
Why this would be useful
This would make Charts much easier to use for churches with multiple worship teams. Each team could focus on the songs it already knows, while worship leaders could still share songs across teams when needed.
Rather than maintaining one large library with hundreds of songs, each team would have a clear, manageable songbook tailored to its repertoire.
