When selecting available participants for services in the Scheduling Matrix, it would be helpful to send all requests in one email, or at least both requests simultaneously - many of my participants have mistakenly declined both dates because they received two different request notifications. Combining these, or sending them simultaneously through Planning's system would be beneficial.
