People without email/account

Hello,

Is there an option to add a person and a role without linking a mailadress or account. Some members of our team do not wish to use Planning and Music Stand, but we do want to input their names so that other people can see who they are scheduled with.

In cases like this, I have seen churches use made-up email addresses as a workaround. Typically, made-up variations of your church's @______.com email will work best, if your church has a special email domain they use.

I'm not sure if other email providers like Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. provide a similar trick, but they might.

Could you all possible make email NOT required? If we're to use this as a scheduling tool, I can't add folks who don't have email, or visiting clergy or anything like that. Using fake email addresses is going to cause errors somewhere along the line, or even worse, it could get worshiptools blacklisted by email providers for too many bouncebacks.

I would really Like this feature as well. We have kids on our rosters that dont have emails. also older people that dont have emails. And as said visiting speakers that we dont need added to ur system.

The temporary email feature (for example the "+____" in G-Mail or "-_____ in Yahoo) does not seem to work. I have repeatedly sent notifications to my wife using the "-xxxx" format and WT Planner says the message has been sent, but she never receives it, and we've checked junk/spam folders. But emails sent from other sources to that same address are delivered to our shared Yahoo email account.
So we still need a way to schedule my wife as pianist using a shared email or else no email at all.
