We have a few roles where the same person is scheduled to fulfil that role practically every week. We still would like to include him in the schedule for full transparency and to be able to see weeks when he is not available. Rather than have to send out individual invites for every week which he then has to accept is there a way to schedule him for a period of time e.g. every week from date 1 to date 2. Further can an administrator then mark these all as accepted on is behalf. Exceptions can be treated as such.
