Issue with Launching Powering when the second display is a TV

I have presenter running on a laptop connected to a TV via a HDMI lead. When displaying a PowerPoint within presenter it works fine, however when I use the "launch Powerpoint" option the display is reduced to a much smaller image in the top left corner of the screen and not full screen. Connected to normal monitor it works fine. I've tried it on two different TV's and same thing happens. Is there a known issue with using Presented on a TV and the 'Launch Powerpoint' option?

In the Windows Display Settings, make sure the scale for all displays is set to 100%. Anything larger may cause this issue.
