Offline option not found

I have Charts version 2025.7.0 for Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab A). After I log into the App, nowhere can I find the option for "offline mode". How/where exactly can I even toggle "offline"?

I read a similar thread discussion from 2022, but, as I said, nowhere can I find the option for "offline mode" in version 2025.7.0:

In Charts version 2025.7.0 there isn’t a manual “offline mode” toggle, which is why you don’t see that option in the app. Instead, Charts automatically caches any setlists you’ve recently opened while logged in online, and those cached setlists are then available when you’re offline. To prepare, make sure you log in while connected to the internet, open the setlists you’ll need, and allow them to cache. Once cached, you can access them without internet, though new updates or changes won’t sync until you reconnect.

I read that procedure elsewhere, but I am NOT able to view and songs or set lists regardless of a large cache. Of course I am logged in. I never log out.

I need to speak with someone, or please publish a video of the exact procedure since I must be doing something wrong. It is not intuitive, else I would see the music.

Hi, Tony. Thanks, I have sent an email with a short video demonstrating the limitations of "offline mode". See the video's description for an outline, but I will paste it below to track it in this thread. Thank you in advance.

Crux of the issue: "offline mode" is not fully offline, and not intuitive for the user.

When not connected to the internet (and logged in):
- unable to open any cached item from "upcoming services" or "past services".
- unable to open any cached item from "song list".

When online and have a song opened:
- unable to change capo.
- unable to change song type.

** Major bug presently:
- When a song is open and later the internet connection is lost, if the "back" button is accidentally pressed then anything open is essentially lost (while no internet access). This is a huge bug, and this possibility should not exist at all.
For example in a real use case: an entire team would then be rendered "down" and unable to play a single song from the Charts app if the leader accidentally hit the back button.

Additional suggestions:
- consider adding a small icon or badge for each song that is fully cached denoting the user is able to access it without internet access (implying even before the Charts app is opened at all, but implying the user has not logged out).
