Are there plans to include loading external presentations in the new version of Presenter? Our church depends on Google Slides for parts of our service, and this feature is missing or broken in the beta. We may have to remain in legacy or abandon WorshipTools altogether if this feature doesn't make it into the new version.

Good to know...We use this feature frequently as well. Specifically for Google Sheets, but it also has allowed us to run pptx files without the need for MS office or other powerpoint software installed. I sure hope this is in the plans

That would prevent us from upgrading as well, but I see it's documented on
https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/docs/221-google-slides
What's not there is info about how to change the account once linked.

After testing beta version, I prefer linking Google slide like the previous Presenter version. It's easier to have the last version of a presentation. Also it keep the animation and layer active. Importing Google slide in the Beta version flatten everything.

I am unable to upload my google slides to Presenter. It was previously quite easy. Do I have to upgrade my a paying plan? Or what is going on?

Embedding Google Slides directly into Presenter 2025 worked well at first, but it came with some stability issues, mainly because Google would change something on their end and break the integration without warning.
Presenter 2026's "import as images" approach is much more stable. Once the import finishes, everything lives entirely within WorshipTools, so there's nothing left for Google to break. It also keeps your Google connection local to that one session, meaning you don't need to share or store Drive access across your whole Presenter team, which is a nice security upgrade too.
