The most likely cause of this problem is that you have your computer set to duplicate displays instead of extending displays. This is an operating system setting, so instructions for checking and fixing it depend on what OS your computer has. And instructions for making sure Presenter is set up properly for the screens you have also depend on what version of Presenter you are using.

To find your version of Presenter, click on the gear icon in the upper right and choose About Presenter. Tell us what it gives for the Version, along with what OS your computer uses, and we'll be better able to help you.
