Sending invitations

Consider being able to not only send invitations via the current "Send now" option when creating a service, but also the ability to "Send now with comment" against a given member's name.

This would be helpful where there's a late invitation due to a late withdrawal and the new recipient may want to know the reason for the late invitation and/or any particular instructions for the forthcoming service.

That is, the late recipient would not have received any "bulk" messages/instructions sent to the Team/s earlier.
