I'd love to use community for our membership database. I think I need two things.
1. A simple way for people to put their details in. Am I right to think my best bet is to open community on my laptop, and go round each person getting them to add their details and press 'create person'?
2. I'd like to be able to ask them if they are happy for their date to be stored in this way, is there a way of recording their consent? And also, then I'd love to be able to send a yearly 'are you still happy' email to everyone for them to re-tick a box etc.
Are there solutions to these with Community? Thought I'd check before I look at another software.

Hello Jake. Everything you mentioned is possible within Community. However, we do not currently have an official consent form that users must sign before being added. A common workaround is to obtain consent either verbally or through written communication, such as email. Once you have that confirmation, you can set up a filter to track users who have provided consent.
