Multiple users are getting this error when trying to load Charts. None of our songs will display on any type of device.
"An error occurred while downloading song content."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To correct this issue on your web browser, I recommend switching your ChordPro® renderer to Version 2. This should solve the display error when loading a ChordPro® format into Charts.
To do so, navigate to your Charts settings, and then under "Interface", you will have the option to switch from Version 1 to Version 2.
