Use System Default Bible If Cloud Bible isn't Synched

If a presentation preparer brings up Presenter for the first time locally and opens a scripture block, if the cloud bible isn't synched then you get an unhelpful error message: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'data').

Why not fallback to the bible that is installed by default so this doesn't happen? Better yet, stick a Sync Bible button that pulls it from the cloud and reloads it.
