UNABLE TO GET USER DATA

I have used this program for a couple of years. We have the paid version. But after I updated it now it is saying unable to get user data. I cannot log in on two of my three laptops. Any ideas?

This usually means the network request failed. Check that requests to WorshipTools are not being blocked by your firewall and that your Internet connection is strong and active.
