Can I remove people from email billing notifications?

Hello,

Our church have a need where we need to have more than 1 people to have access in adding and removing users from the team (administrator level), but only 1 people need to be the designated billing email. I see the option to add billing emails on the account page, no option to remove them. Is this possible? Any workaround to achieve what we need above?

There is no option to remove an admin from the billing emails as long as they remain an admin.
