Red Offline to Green Online while running Presenter?

Hi.
We are running WorshipTools for a few months and have run into one problem. We are using the remote option to run slides as we don't have enough people to run a tech booth so I am usually running about with the remote. That all stops when the green online dot sneakily becomes a red offline dot. At that point the remote doesn't work and i run back to the tech area. I am guessing the internet dropped for a moment and signal switches flipped from green to red. Is there any way to go back online without restarting Presenter? I would love to be able to fix the problem then get back to using the remote. Thanks!
