Link scheduled people to service items and allow custom item types

It would be very helpful if scheduled roles and people could be linked directly to individual service items in the service order.

Example:
If a person is scheduled for the role “Sermon 1”, their name should automatically appear next to the corresponding “Sermon 1” item in the service order.

If the scheduled person changes, the name in the service order should update automatically as well.

The assigned person should also be visible in:
- the Planning web application
- the Planning mobile app
- the printed service order
- the Presenter service order

It would also be very useful to have more item types for church contributions. For example:

- Poem
- Prose
- Instrumental Music
- Orchestra
- Choir
- Children’s Contribution
- Testimony
- Prayer
- Short Devotional
- Announcements

Ideally, churches should be able to create their own custom item types or categories.

Each custom type could have its own name, icon and optional default role. This would make the service order clearer and allow churches to adapt Planning to their own service structure.

Example:

Item type: Choir
Default role: Choir Director

Item type: Sermon 1
Default role: Preacher 1

Item type: Children’s Contribution
Default role: Children’s Ministry

This would connect service planning, role scheduling and the service order much more effectively.
