I am using Presenter for the first time. Have watched the hour and a half video and read some documents in the support library. Is there someone close to Brandon or Sioux Falls that could come and give me some hands on help? Thank you. LInda

Linda, were you able to find someone? I can understand your desire for in-person help, but don't know how easy that is to find. I'm personally a long ways from South Dakota. Unfortunately, Presenter is currently in transition to a major upgrade with a lot of changes, which must be very confusing to a new person. It looks like the video you watched is based on the legacy version, so many things have changed. At this time, there are almost no videos based on the new version. Anything older than about a year is probably based on the legacy version. You'll do better reading the documentation, as that clearly indicates which version it applies to.
