Page turner not working post iPadOS 18 upgrade

Hello there. Since the update to iPadOS 18 my page turning device (cubeturner) has stopped working.

It connects fine to the OS. I’ve deleted and re-paired it, restarted the iPad and charts software with no change.

Was there something in the iOS update that broke it? Has anyone else had similar issues with page turners?

We are looking into this issue now and will provide an update when the issue is resolved.

Thanks WT Support! That is great. It is definitely not an ideal situation not having page turning capability.

We're continuing to work on a solution for iOS18. For now, we discovered that if you focus on a text input anywhere in the app, iOS 18 will "active" key events from your bluetooth page turner. For example, go to edit a service and put the cursor inside the service name text box, then close out, page turner will then work for remainder of app session.

I have the same issue with the cubeturner, unfortunately the workaround didn’t activate it for me. Hope it can fixed in the app!

I also tried the workaround and it didn't work for me either.
