‘Error connecting to the WorshipTools Cloud’

When trying to log on to Presenter (on a PC) it gets stuck on ‘connecting to WorshipTools cloud’ before coming up with
“error connecting to WorshipTools cloud. Please verify your internet connection and restart Presenter.”

There is nothing wrong with the internet, and logging in works fine on a different laptop.

I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and making an exception in the firewall but not working yet.
