Wen is BETA finished? / Problems with v25 since beta26

when is the beta-test finished and the official version is rolled out?
I don't want to switch vom version 2025 to 2026 beta, but to the final version 2026.

Since the beta is out, syncing between my to PC (home and church, both v25) is not reliable anymore.
Always the last change is not syncing anymore. I have to do some extra (unnecessary) change at home, so at church all necessary changes are synced.

And since the beta is out, all added songs in Planner appear in Presenter full of [nothing}-slides and I have to reset the slide-order so the text appears.

I completely agree with your frustration. It is puzzling that WorshipTools has set the 2026 Beta as the primary download on their site, as most software developers reserve the main link for official stable builds. A live Sunday morning service is definitely not the place to be stress-testing beta software!

To avoid the exact syncing issues you are experiencing, I keep things completely separated:
1. Separate Accounts: On my home computer, I test the 2026 Beta under a completely separate 'test account' while keeping my main church account strictly on the 2025 Legacy version. This keeps the databases from trying to sync incompatible changes back and forth.
2. Isolated Church Environment: At our church, we only have the 2025 Legacy version installed. Because our display computer stays exclusively on 2025, we haven't experienced any sync errors or missing slide data between home prep and Sunday morning.

I recommend downloading the 2025 Legacy version back onto your church and home computers for your main account until 2026 is officially out of beta. I'm looking forward to testing all the new multi-screen, NDI, and MIDI features too, but for us, keeping live services locked on stable software is the safest path for now!

I am using only 2025 version on all computers. That's why thees issues are so annoying. Like one is forced to switch to 2026 Beta an nobody care about new bugs in older versions anymore.
