We are trying to set up an auto advancing slideshow but cannot seem to able to do this currently. The online documentation suggests that you should be able to configure this when creating the service item, but I haven't had any luck.
I am aware that we can export the PPTX as JPG and it would work, but it would create an additional unnecessary step, as well as a clunky service order column with extra items
