Can I use people already in COMMUNITY in PLANNING?

I imported our people into COMMUNITY, but I don't see a way to use that information in PLANNING. I'm new to WorshipTools--am I missing something? It seems like I should be able to select from our list of congregation members. Thanks for any help!

In the planning app, this is possible. On the permissions tab, click "Invite" for the user you wish to add to a role.

Head over the People tab in Community, then click on the user in which you want to add to a role, then Permissions should be to your right.
