Auto start powerpoint

I have a powerpoint presentation that has two videos embedded. This will not upload with the videos in. Can I run the show via powerpoint in Presenter. i.e can you automatically switch out and switch back in after the powerpoint has finished and carry on the normal cue list?

I think I have worked this out. Unless I have not set this up correctly what I was trying to achieve was that presenter would drop into PowerPoint and then back to the cue this once the presentation had ended. This function was available on another program that we used to use. It is a pity that Presenter dose not upload PowerPoint with embedded videos.
