Planning Accept / Decline Notifications to be received by nominated person / role

I am aware of the excellent update early this year that provides for the person creating the roster schedule (for a given service) to be notified of Accept / Decline notifications from the invites and I believe this is a great default setting for my request below.

Request:
I would like to ask for the option to define who receives the notification for a relevant Service and Role Group (think something akin to Person Permissions hierarchy in Planning Pro Plus but applied to each scheduled service). So, to summarise my request with below scenario, we enter the entire year's roster, and the relevant person receives the accept / decline notifications, not necessarily the roster / schedule entering person.

My Scenario:
Our small church is very much volunteer dependant and have leaders managing different role groups for every Sunday service (Music Team, Children's Ministry, Pulpit Team, Services, Welcome Team). The leaders collate a roster for their area for the year, and a volunteer, who is not a leader or Service Manager, enters the entire year's roster. We rotate Service Managers each week who only need to be notified of accepts / declines for their given Sunday service for all roles including the Music Team leader, but not the Music Team itself. The Music Team leaders need to be notified of the accepts / declines of their musos for their given service.
