If you have more than one operator, they should share the Worship Tools logon id. I have set up individual id's for everyone who is involved in creating the service, with the relevant level of authority. But the laptop that is used for projection during the service is logged in with
[email protected]. All the operators use this, but it only has a lower level of authority, to prevent undue fiddling with the media and song libraries.
