Automate Scheduler Email of Accepted Volunteers

It would be ideal if Worship Tools could send an automated email to all schedulers or identified leaders to inform them of which volunteers accepted or declined for that event. Ideally, the scheduler could indicate when they would like this automated email to go out to leaders.
