Recently a worship leader said he'd like to be able to see the presentation on a tablet that he could have on the podium. He doesn't want to control the slides, just see them without turning around to look at the screen. We don't currently have a stage display, so adding that would be an option, but he said he'd rather have it on a small device close to him than a large display across the room. We have printed sheets for the songs we normally use, but Sunday he was using lyric videos, for which we don't have song sheets. Would the remote app be a good way to do this, or is there a better way?

In this case, the Presenter Stage Display mobile app might be a good solution. The app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play. WorshipTools Pro or Pro Plus is required to use the WorshipTools Stage Display app.
Alternatively, you can also pull up Stage Display on a physical monitor or on a web browser by going to https://stage.worshiptools.com and signing in.

Thanks, Tony. It's good to know that this can be done. My main concern is that the worship leader would want to be a viewer only, with no chance of accidentally messing something up. We can't try this out in the free account that we've been using to evaluate the software. I have noticed that folks will sometimes buy one month to try out the paid plan features, so we might need to do that.
