Inquiry about backing up a service

Is there any way that I can save/backup a service on a hard drive for means on transport due to an unstable internet connection?

No, Presenter can't do this. However, you can connect a laptop to Presenter where you have a good Internet connection, make sure the laptop is fully synchronized, then take that laptop to the location without Internet and use it to present the service (in offline mode). The easiest way to make sure the laptop is synchronized is to use it to prepare the service.
