I cannot get into Worship Extreme due to this error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I have googled for answers, but no luck. It also says another application is open in Port 49269. I have no other programs or apps open. Please help.

Hi Steven- Sometimes a computer restart resolves this issue. If not, email me at
[email protected] and I can help diagnose the issue. Thanks!

To find the app that is using port 49269, from the start menu, type "cmd". Right click the app and choose to run as an Administrator. From the command prompt type "netstat -anob". That will list all applications using ports. Find the one using port 49269.
We are working to make this auto-use a different port if this one is in use. Until then, you'll need to close the app that is using that port to use Worship Extreme.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

That fixed it. Thank you so much. One more question. Hopefully this one isn't as hard. Is there a quicker way to download powerpoints into Worship Extreme? I transfer it from the desktop to Worship Extreme, but it seems to take a few minutes to download into the system. Any suggestions.

PowerPoints are converted to image stills and then downloaded to your local machine. This is done so computers without PowerPoint can still display the presentation. This process is usually pretty quick, unless the presentation is large. Slides download one by one and you can start displaying as soon as the first slide is downloaded.
