I wanted to explain a bit more about my issue with Presenter crashing. I included www.bbc.co.uk in a service. When playing, it showed up properly on our projector and I then moved the cursor to this extended screen and click on a video item. I could get the video working fine but wanted to put as full screen. When clicking on the full screen icon Presenter crashed. Tried again and the same result. Interestingly, I had to sign in to Presenter, normally it opens without this need as I do not log out but just close it.
