Cloud upload error for media

I keep getting an 'upload failed' for new media that I'm adding. Last week I did not have this problem on any of the devices I'm using - both Mac and PC. I have currently trying to upload to a MacBook Pro running OS 15.77. Is there a setting I'm missing?

I tried uploading from a different Mac and was able to. So my thought is that it has something to do with the latest update. I'll be holding off on updating the Mac that uploading works.

So - Unfortunately, I am not able to download the media into the original MacBook Pro with the newest update. I can still access the media. files on the other Mac.
