When using the Rehearse Product, please ensure all user emails on your WorshipTools account match those that are on your CCLI account for the access to be shared between platforms. If you have added all these users, please allow a 2-hour sync period to occur before attempting to access Rehearse on either platform.

so I need to add each of our singers to the songselect ccli area , too?
i have linked the accounts...

If you are attempting to use Rehearse on the CCLI account, the connection is made at the email level. Thus, accessing this tool on the CCLI platform is only possible if the email matches the emails you use.

However, if you are attempting to use the Rehearse tool on WorshipTools, follow these steps below if you are not seeing the Rehearse track option:

Make a service with a SongSelect or Loop Community Song
Go to Planning, and click on the Songs tab on the left
Click on the Song
Click on the "Edit" tab in the top right
Theres a "Loop Community & Rehearse Tracks" box where you can add a Rehearse Track.
