Song Select Lyric Videos/ web page

Hello - checking back in on this to keep the thread relevant. This would be huge for our churches as well.

we have also had issues with Lyric Videos, and were advised to use 'Presenter' but when you try to log in after creating a new item it states that the URL is not available, unable to load and asks for you to log in again.

You can keep trying to log in but nothing seems to work

They need to refund everyone for releasing the lyric videos before you are actually able to use the program in any meaningful way. We are a small church and I talked them into buying it and now regret doing so.

We purchased lyric videos two days ago in anticipation of not having musician’s tomorrow. I’ve been struggling for two days to get a setlist made. In searching for help; I discover these posted challenges. I’m very nervous to share this new found information since I pushed the church to make the purchase.

A easy win would simply be able to project the 'lyric videos' on a separate window even a pop out browser window so I can cue up the next service item in song select rather then toggling between full screen and the next item in song select software with the congregaton seeing these jarring changes happening.

Or change the licensing so we can screen record these songs and just put them in presenter as videos... Wouldn't do that obviously as that's against the licensing.....

When is the ccli lyric video options going to be available in presenter? My church, a small church just purchased Presenter pro with the idea that it also played the lyric videos from CCLI.

Our small church is also waiting on the update to let us use the Lyric Videos in Presenter. Any update at all? This would be so helpful since we were under the impression these Lyric Videos could be used since all are an CCLI item. The sooner the better please. Hopefully I have not missed the information on this.

Hello Worship Tools, I posted this question originally. Your April 28 response indicated a release to resolve this issue by end of May 2026. I understand with development, things can go awry. Can you provide us with an update? Thank You.

We’ve experienced some delays getting what we need to finalize things from CCLI. We’re ready to go as soon as we’re given access. Updated eta is July.
