Planning connect to SongSelect

We currently use the charts app to add our sunday songlist for our worship team. We have been using the app for a LONG Time but on sunday some songs would add and show and other songs would say connect to songselect and we need to contact our admin. This is the first time this has even happened.

Has anyone else reported a similar problem lately?

I recommend resetting your CCLI/SongSelect connection which can be done by an organization administrator from Planning, Charts or Presenter.
