No connection to CCLI SongSelect

I have just created a new account but when I try to link to SongSelect through my iPhone app I get a blank screen and when I cancel 'Error connecting to SongSelect'.
PraiseCharts connection appears to be OK. I am an Admin as required in your instructions.
