Online data erased

Hi, it seems that my online data was completely erased. If I start Presenter in offline mode I still have all of my songs and services, but if I go online at startup, everything disappears like if I was starting the app for the first time.
Any option to sync my offline data with the online database ?

Do multiple computers have access to Presenter? If so, then there must be a second computer with an older, empty copy of the service that is overriding the edits being made on your offline computer.

To avoid this, create the service directly on the offline computer and make all the edits there. That way, no other computer is caching a second, outdated copy of the service.
