Media file (image/video) linked to a template

Hello,

Is there a possibility to link or make a certain media file default when using a template without manually selecting it every time ?

My question is going to the direction of Bible viewing where i have a template but i would like to have a default background as well without selecting the background every time i change the passage of the Bible.
