Really love the database created in the Community App. I was hopping that a feature to track the attendance of Members and Visitors during the week could be added. For example, I was thinking that when you create a service in the Planning App, it could sync with the Community App by adding a button that says "Track Attendance" then choosing a already created service to track the attendance. For example: After pressing the button to "Track Attendance", a window appears of all the Upcoming services that I have already created on the Planning App where I have to choose the service I want to track attendance of.
If a person is a visitor or new to the church, having a button while tracking the attendance that says: "+ Visitor", and adding basic info of the visitor for continued communication.
After tracking the attendance during the month or the whole year, having the option to export the data as a Excel sheet, or as a graph (whatever looks best), of the "Type of Service" we choose. For example, exporting the attendance data of the Sunday Services during the month of April.
It would also be cool that when we are tracking attendance, we can have the option of grouping together the individuals of a single household as one group so that it could be easier to select them all at once as present, or mark them individually much more easier.
If you liked to go all in, maybe having the option to categorize profiles as "Members" by default (unless changed to mark them as Visitors or Irregulars), that way when we track attendance, the ones to appear are the "Members". It is like a "Filter" to only track those we know are more likely to appear.
Me and my church have been using this app since November of 2023, and have been loving the apps. Hoping and praying that the Community App gets better every day!

We appreciate all the detailed ideas around attendance tracking, visitor follow-up, household grouping, filtering (Members vs. Visitors), and exporting reports/graphs.
