Video with no audio.

Main Audience Display has not corrected the issue.

We are having the same issue - in the main audience output preview window the video is running but not playing on the main screen for church and there is no audio. If I disconnect the second screen the video plays in the preview window and there is sound.

Is this display connected via HDMI? It may be routing the audio differently when that device is connected. Check your system audio settings when that display is connected.
