Unable to contact / unanswered payment error

I recently contacted the team regarding a mistake in upgrading our subscription. I cannot find any correspondence following the message I sent. Now I am unable to contact the team in any way via email or direct message, as the 'send us a message' link is not working on my end. Can someone help me follow up with the team about my account/subscription issue? thanks
