I miss the ability to work with Presenter offline using USB drives or external storage devices, which make it easy to transfer media—and especially entire worship services—offline from one PC running Presenter to another. At least there’s the option to print out the worship service, including the song slides, so you can make do with a PDF in a pinch.
However, since my congregation is in a rural area and I don’t always have a stable internet connection, I would very much welcome the ability to export worship services in their entirety (in case of an internet outage) and reimport them onto the congregation’s computer, so that everything could be controlled even without internet access.
In this context, I would also really appreciate it if the media files contained in WorshipTools could be exported and then imported again. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a feature that would allow me to save the media stored in the cloud locally on my computer. So if there were an internet outage, I wouldn’t be able to access the media either. Or is there a feature to download it locally to my computer—in Presenter, and, for my part, preferably directly from Presenter—onto the hard drive?
