Default event time and default first week day

Hi together,
1. Is it possible, to set a default time for a given event type? Our service starts at the same time every week, so it would be convenient to set this once as default value and not everytime when creating an event.

2. Is it possible to set the first day as Monday in the calender of the planning app? Currently, it is Sunday, but this is not usual in our timezone.
