Lyrics blank on workspace and presenter screen - WHY?

We've had an issue come up several times over the last few weeks and don't know why it's happening. We found a workaround but we shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get our lyrics to show up.

On the workspace/desktop, we see a bunch of blank slides where all the lyric slides should be. We go in to edit the individual slides and all the lyrics are there, we exit/launch - same thing, nothing. We go into edit for the whole song, everything looks good - we relaunch - same thing.

Here's the workaround, we go into edit the entire slide group again and this time select change song and reselect the song from the library then launch - voila, we're golden.

Is this a new bug or something? Is there some kind of global setting we should be changing?

Bumping this issue, I've observed a similar issue and this seems to only occur when a user adds the songs to the plan through the planning app. When presenter is opened on the church computer the lyric slides are blank. The title slide is fine and the order is fine but the lyric slides are blank.

Work around is to reset the state on the presenter on Sunday which isn't much work but it is annoying to have to do this all the time. Would like to know if this is a bug with the program or a user error?
